Self check-in

Our self-check-in tool, “Ariane”, is ready and waiting.

Your reservation will be displayed at the self-check-in desk on your day of arrival from 8 a.m. to 11.59 p.m.

Select your language and enter your last name or password as indicated on your confirmation (note the accents on the vowels).

If you arrive spontaneously and have not booked a room, select the option “no reservation”. All available rooms will be displayed with a photo.

Enter your personal details and pay for your stay directly at the self-check-in desk (have your credit/debit card ready/note the card limit).

If you have already paid in advance, you will receive your room card after entering your personal details.

Your receipt will be printed, with your room number and the Wi-Fi password.

Choose whether you want one or two room cards.

Your card(s) will be issued.

Your room card gives you access to your room, the lounge, the garden terrace, and the bike room.

AND THAT’S IT – YOU’RE ALL SET!

Check-out

We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have during breakfast from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Otherwise, simply place your room card in the designated box by 10.30 a.m.

Late check-out for your luggage

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.30 a.m.

To enjoy the last day of your holiday without any worries, you can simply leave your luggage in the lounge (not locked). Your room card will work at the main entrance door until 6 p.m.
